诚聘 HSE  (Chemical Service)
工作地点：Shanghai

Compensation:  About 20W / 年、can be variable according to expectation.
1-3月年终奖金、180RMB/天出差补贴、海外培训、15天带薪休假

Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in material sciences, mechanical or chemical engineering, etc 
2.Five years minimum working experience as engineer in the area of HSE
3.Good knowledge about Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes
4.  Must be fluent in speaking in English minimum CET 4.
5.  Good at office software, and SAP would be a plus

Job description:
1.  Provide HSE support and management concept to ensure the necessary quality of chemical plants consisting of various chemicals and equipment to customers in chemical/petrochemical industry
2.  Discovery, analyze, evaluate, report the EHS risks faced by the client, and give related suggestion or solution in line with Chinese and international regulations.
3.  Support the client to organize its plant to realize the approved improvement measures to eliminate risks caused by EHS related reasons; training its employees if required and, to enhance the sense of EHS on them;
4.  To build up and maintain good communication relationship with local authorities, e.g. Fire, Environmental Protection, Safety Bureau, so as to be aware of the latest changes in law environments.
5.  Provide technical support for the development of chemical services when requested
